CAD Cut Vinyl
Precision-cut vinyl lettering and logos applied by heat press. Clean, sharp, and durable — perfect for hi-vis, jackets, and any garment where a flat, solid-colour finish is needed.

What is CAD Cut Vinyl?
CAD cut vinyl (also called heat-transfer vinyl or HTV) involves cutting your design from a sheet of coloured vinyl using a computer-controlled cutting plotter. The cut design is then applied to the garment using a heat press, bonding it permanently to the fabric.
It's one of the most reliable and cost-effective methods for text and simple logos — particularly on hi-vis clothing, where the bold contrast of white or silver vinyl on yellow is the industry standard.
We also offer reflective vinyl for safety applications, and metallic finishes for a premium look on corporate clothing.

Why Choose CAD Cut Vinyl?
Cost Effective for Text & Simple Logos
Vinyl is often the most economical option for simple text, names, numbers, and block logos.
Works on Any Colour Garment
Unlike some print methods, vinyl looks great on both light and dark fabrics — black, navy, hi-vis yellow.
Huge Colour Range
Dozens of vinyl colours including reflective, metallic, and high-visibility options.
Durable & Wash-Safe
Heat-pressed vinyl bonds firmly to the fabric and holds up to regular industrial washing.
Suitable Garments
Vinyl can be applied to almost any fabric, including synthetic materials that other methods struggle with:
- Hi-vis vests and jackets
- Waterproof jackets
- Workwear trousers
- Fleece jackets
- Sports bags
- Caps and hats
- T-shirts and polos
- Site safety clothing
