Sublimation
Full-colour, all-over printing fused directly into the fabric. Unlimited colours, photographic quality, and results that wash as well as the garment itself.

What is Sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process where heat and pressure are used to turn dye into a gas, which then bonds permanently with polyester fibres. The result is full-colour printing that becomes part of the fabric — not a layer on top of it.
Because there's no ink sitting on the surface, there's no print feel, no cracking, and no fading. It's the go-to method for sports kits, cycling jerseys, and any garment where bold, all-over colour is required.
Sublimation works on white or light polyester fabrics. We can also produce cut-and-sew sublimated garments built entirely from custom-printed fabric panels.

Why Choose Sublimation?
Full All-Over Colour
Print edge-to-edge across the entire garment — no borders, no white background. True all-over coverage.
Photographic Quality
Gradients, photos, and complex artwork reproduce perfectly. No colour limits.
No Feel on the Fabric
The dye fuses into the fibres rather than sitting on top, so there's no print hand feel at all.
Wash-Fast & Durable
Sublimation colours won't fade, crack, or peel — they're as permanent as the fabric itself.
Suitable Garments
Sublimation is best suited to polyester and polyester-blend fabrics. Common applications include:
- Sports kits (football, rugby, cycling)
- Activewear & gym wear
- Running vests & t-shirts
- Promotional polo shirts
- Teamwear
- Bespoke uniforms
